Salmon in cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

2. Roasts potatoes 20mins.

3. Fry Salmon (skin side 6mins, flesh side 2mins).

4. Chop cherry tomatoes

5. Rough chop garlic then fry in butter 1min

6. Fry Cherry tomatoes. Salt and pepper.

7. Cook spinach till wilted

8. Add cream

9. Add parmesan

10. Add chopped herbs

11. Low heat to low, simmer for 3 mins till reduced slightly

12. Return salmon back to skillet and cover with sauce

13. Simmer for further 2-3 mins
