Recipe makes 1 naan. Ingredients 1/4 cup water (luke warm) 1 tsp yeast 1 tsp sugar 3/4 cup flour Directions Activate yeast by mixing with water, and sugar to a bowl. 5-10mins Add flour and mix till a dough forms. Lightly coat with oil. Proof for at least 20mins. Roll top half away from you, bottom horizontally. Heat pan medium-hot. Cook each side till golden brown.
